Environmental One has over 15 years of experience providing professional lead-based paint testing services by means of a handheld X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) analyzer and/or paint chip sampling, depending on project objectives. XRF methodology provides an accurate concentration of lead, including multiple layers, in the field with no damage to material coatings. All of our inspectors are certified by the CDPH. Our services also include air, soil, and water testing for lead. Any collected paint chip, air, water, or soil samples are submitted to state certified laboratories with results returned within 24 hours or less from the completion of sampling.
